What to change
Identify the problem, prioritize processes and define the outcome that would justify the change.
AI-driven Organizational Transformation
From strategy to operations.
I connect engineering, operations and people to integrate AI into organizational processes, decisions and the way teams work.

Perspective and approach
AI opens up possibilities. Organizations turn them into practical change.
I’m interested in how AI changes the way we define problems, build solutions, share knowledge and validate results. To put these possibilities into practice, I connect processes, team capabilities and responsibilities through three questions.
Identify the problem, prioritize processes and define the outcome that would justify the change.
Connect technology and knowledge with teams, responsibilities and human oversight.
Assess impact, review effort and lessons learned to adjust the operating model.

Current responsibility
Public Sector Central & East
Working with the Operations Director, my operational remit spans around 150 professionals: roughly 100 working on client projects, alongside teams in other areas delivering projects within my scope.
I set business priorities, resolve allocation conflicts and align client commitments with team capacity.
Since March 2026
Software engineering and delivery
I drive the integration of artificial intelligence across a remit of around 600 people, particularly in software engineering and delivery.
I connect new technology capabilities with changes in processes, responsibilities and collaboration.
Professional journey
Previous experience
May 2021 – August 2022
I developed a financial product end to end, from needs analysis through production release, and supported the onboarding of new team members. This end-to-end experience informs my current perspective on integrating AI into software delivery.
January 2020 – May 2021
I led development teams in banking and coordinated planning, capacity, delivery tracking, quality and client relationships. This broadened my experience from engineering to organizing work and teams.
January 2016 – January 2020
I moved from software development and analysis into technical leadership and team coordination in enterprise services. I built experience in maintenance, operations and service quality, which now informs how I think about integrating AI with appropriate governance and continuity.
